Sa Villeta is a typical Mallorcan estate located on the outskirts of Campos. It offers luxury and comfort, with an area of 700 m2, and combines modern design with traditional elements, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment.
 
Capacity for 12 people, the space consists of 7 rooms with 14 double beds.
 
The property is distributed over three floors; on the ground floor you find the main living room, dining room, kitchen (with a second dining table) and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located.
 
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room.
On the second floor is the seventh bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and fantastic views.
 
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, to secure maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. The estate invites you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Mallorca, fusing tradition and modern comfort.

The living room is very cozy and rustic, it has 3 sofas with two tables.
The kitchen consists of 2 combi refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves and a ceramic hob. It also features all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a large kitchentable and chairs as well. 
In the laundry room you can find 2 washing machines, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available upon request.
 
At Villa Sa Villeta we are committed to the environment, therefore, the finca's has it's own natural resources for watering the plants. Solar panels are used to heat the water and we have energy saving systems, so the heating and air conditioning are turned off if they detect open doors or windows.
We have different containers to recycle the waste generated.
 
Outside area
It has exterior surfaces of more than 160,000 m², it has large garden areas, a beautiful 5x12m swimming pool with a depth from 1.20m to 1.40m. There are 14 sun loungers, 1 Balinese bed and different terraces to enjoy the views of the pool, the garden or to rest or read a book in the tranquility of the sounds of nature. Next to the main house there is a fully furnished porch surrounded by grass.
 
Depending on the time of the year you visit Mallorca, you can enjoy the fruits of our fruit trees such as figs, pomegranates, prickly pears, etc. It has total privacy and maximum tranquility.
 
The finca is located just 1.5 km from Campos, where you can find everything you need during your vacation: supermarkets (800m), medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. You can contact us so we can recommend a restaurant. tastes or where to go shopping.
 
We do not accept pets.
The celebration of events is not allowed.
There is outdoor parking for 7 cars
 
Surroundings:
In 15 minutes by car you can reach the white sand beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands. And around you, you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. The city of Palma is about 40 minutes away by car, where you can go on sightseeing tours, cultural walks or go shopping. There are several water parks on the island such as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc. You can also visit Palma Aquarium.
